Button Factory Open Studios 2010

 Application for Outside Participating Artists/Craftspeople

Each year the Button Factory invites about 25 artists and craftspeople who are not tenants of the building to join the Open Studios. They use space in the hallways, so that large displays are not possible. These visiting artists are chosen by a jury. Each applicant needs to submit the application form by September 15, 2010. Unfortunately we are not able to view CDs. The applications will be juried soon after the submission deadline and you will either be notified of your acceptance, or your uncashed check will be returned to you. Your materials will be returned if you supply a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage.

  • a completed application form
  • a check for $50 made out to Jim Buttrick
  • slides or photos [4-6 should be adequate] of your work
  • a stamped, self-addressed envelope
